Entire M office in Wrocław

Two types of video conferencing systems were designed for the Entire M office, providing flexibility and convenience in everyday communication. In rooms with BYOD (“Bring Your Own Device”) mode, users can run meetings directly from their own laptops, using any platform of their choice.

The heart of the solution is the Jabra PanaCast video bar, which combines a camera with a wide 180-degree field of view with high-quality microphones and loudspeakers. As a result, every participant is clearly visible and perfectly audible, regardless of where they sit at the table.

In rooms with native Microsoft Teams Rooms mode, we used a Crestron Flex solution, which allows users to start a meeting with a single touch, without the need to connect a computer. The devices are natively integrated with Microsoft Teams, which ensures reliability and the highest sound and image quality thanks to a QSC camera with 12x zoom and auto-framing. Integration with the control system makes it possible to manage everything from a touch panel. The audiovisual system was designed to support different work styles.

Different types of screens were used in different office zones. Near the lifts and in shared areas, professional screens were installed, while the ground-floor reception features a panoramic LG Ultra Stretch screen, a flat 86-inch high-resolution screen. In the meeting rooms, Sony screens ranging from 43 to 85 inches were used, as well as uniform 110-inch large-format LG screens.

In addition, on the reception floor a video wall made of four LG screens was created, forming an impressive 110-inch video wall. This variety makes it possible to adjust the content to the character of the area and to the type of information, for example: office announcements, employee messages, corporate videos, multimedia presentations or video conferences.

The largest conference room in the Entire M office was designed with flexibility in mind. It can be divided into three independent spaces, two medium-sized rooms, or combined into one large room, depending on the needs of the meeting.

When the room sections are combined, the control system automatically detects the configuration and links the video conferencing, presentation, sound system, microphones, cameras and lighting. In this way, image and sound are synchronised and the entire room operates as one system. If needed, there is also a lectern in the room, with a USB-C connection and microphone.

The room can be controlled from two levels: via a touch panel on the table or from a wall-mounted panel. When the partitions are closed, the system automatically returns to the mode of three separate rooms. This solution offers spatial flexibility and gives users full freedom: regardless of whether they need a space for a short meeting, a team workshop or a large presentation, the room always adapts to their needs.

The control system in the Entire M office is based on Crestron solutions, known for their reliability and broad integration capabilities. We designed the entire solution using components from a single manufacturer, which ensures full compatibility and stable operation within one ecosystem. Media, lighting and blinds are controlled via intuitive touch panels powered by PoE (Power over Ethernet) with a single network cable. One touch is enough to adapt the space to the type of meeting, start a presentation or change the mood in the room.

The central element of the system is a Crestron control unit, which manages communication between devices and the BMS system. Integrated presence and room-division sensors automatically react to how the rooms are used, ensuring comfort, energy savings and smooth operation. For authorised users, we have prepared an administrative panel accessible from a web browser, which enables remote management of all AV functionalities.

Thanks to the XiO Cloud service, the IT team has remote insight into the operation of all devices. The system makes it possible to monitor, diagnose and update equipment without being physically present in the office, which means fewer interruptions and faster responses to user needs. The service also shows how the system actually works in practice, it analyses usage and helps identify areas that can be improved or optimised.

The sound system in the Entire M office provides consistent, clear audio in every area. We used solutions based on digital audio transmission, which guarantee reliability and allow easy expansion in the future.

In the conference rooms, Shure microphones precisely capture the speaker’s voice while suppressing background noise, which improves comfort and clarity during meetings. In shared spaces, background music creates a pleasant working atmosphere, and users can intuitively control volume and select sound sources.

The entire system is managed by intelligent DSP processors, which automatically ensure optimal sound, so that technology reliably supports the atmosphere, focus and rhythm of the team’s daily work.

The visual information system is based on reliable BrightSign players, which ensure smooth content playback on screens throughout the office. Each screen operates independently while still being part of a single, easy-to-manage network. With remote content management software, it is possible to schedule and update messages in real time, from corporate materials to current information.

An intuitive drag-and-drop interface allows the creation of attractive presentations, grouping of screens and adjustment of content to the context of each space. For Entire M, this means a flexible, modern communication channel that strengthens brand identity and structures the daily flow of information.

The room booking system provides the client with simple and transparent space management, without the need for additional coordination or manual scheduling. Each room is equipped with a touch panel with backlighting that indicates room availability. One glance is enough to see whether a room is free, occupied or reserved.

The panels are natively integrated with Microsoft Teams, and their configuration takes place in the cloud, which enables rapid implementation and intuitive operation without the need for programming. For users, it is a very convenient solution that provides full control over office space.

In the Entire M office we also implemented a desk and phone booth booking system based on Crestron solutions. Each panel displays the current availability of a workstation and allows quick booking, either from the calendar or directly on the device screen.

Coloured backlighting shows the status in real time: green means available, red means occupied, and the colour changes automatically according to the user’s calendar. This solution makes it easier to manage resources and allows the full potential of a flexible office to be used.
