Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) is an advanced solution that enables the creation of fully integrated and highly functional meeting spaces for project teams and employees. It helps make business meetings more interactive and productive, while advanced audio and video capabilities ensure the highest quality communication experience.
The deployment is based on a dedicated resource account for each room and a Teams Rooms license (Basic or Pro) assigned to that room. The Teams Rooms Basic license is free of charge and provides essential Teams room functionality, but is limited to 25 rooms and does not include advanced management features. The Teams Rooms Pro license is a paid option that unlocks enhanced in-room meeting experiences.
