A+V 2025 year in review

The year 2025 passed quickly, intensely and with a lot of inspiration. It was a time full of meetings, events, joint initiatives and projects that we are truly proud of. We took part in several industry projects, organised three of our own events, published expert articles and developed relationships with our partners. It was a time of cooperation, growth and good energy, both in the offices we visited and out in the field.

Bett in London

Together with our partner, Lenovo, we took a group of clients to the international educational technology trade fair Bett. During the trip we visited the London offices of Microsoft and Zoom, as well as the Zoom Experience Centre, where we could learn about new features of the platform. The visit to the Lenovo stand at Bett allowed us to see the latest solutions for the education sector and understand how technology supporting learning is developing.

ISE in Barcelona

During this year’s ISE trade fair in Barcelona, we once again had the opportunity to observe the direction in which the AV industry is heading. Instead of a sudden revolution around AI, we saw a conscious evolution: more quality, better alignment and practical solutions for users. We are ready to translate these global trends into concrete implementations in our clients’ projects, which we also described in more detail on our blog.

Awards and recognition for A+V

This year brought us two important distinctions in prestigious Polish rankings: Forbes Diamonds and Business Gazelles. For us, this is not only a reason to be proud, but also a confirmation that the direction in which we are developing the company is the right one.

Zonifero and the At Work event series

As a Zonifero partner, throughout the year we supported the organisation of At Work events aimed at the office and workplace sector. Together we delivered three editions: in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław. During these events, the A+V team led talks and workshops, sharing experience and practical knowledge about modern workspaces.

Fresh Office and the #freshpeople community

In 2025, Fresh Office also joined our group of partners. Thanks to this cooperation, we co-created two inspiring events: Fresh Office Summer Manager in Warsaw and Office Manager in Katowice. Both events focused on managing time and energy, not only in terms of planning, but also building assertive boundaries and effective cooperation in the office. Getting to know the #freshpeople community was a very positive experience for us and resulted in many new relationships.

A+V Technology Breakfast

When it comes to our own events, we started the year with our original A+V Technology Breakfast in Wrocław, aimed at representatives of higher education institutions. Together with partners ViewSonic and Supremo, we presented modern AV solutions in practice in a live demo format. A particular highlight was the simulation of a hybrid lecture, showing how technology supports everyday collaboration.

Sounds of the Office

Can acoustics be a hot topic in conversations about offices? Definitely yes. Together with partners Bene and Jabra and special guest Bartek Czubak from Acoustic Masters, in May we talked about how to create acoustically friendly spaces and why sound is one of the pillars of workplace comfort. We connected two locations, Wrocław and Warsaw, in a hybrid format, which perfectly reflected the spirit of the event. The concept was so well received and generated so much interest among our clients that we are repeating it in January 2026.

Workplace: 3 must haves in strategic office design

In November we organised our third and final own event in 2025, this time in Kraków, in the welcoming spaces of the AMS office. Together with Anna Dziadkowiec from Workplace Team and Bartek Czubak from Acoustic Masters, we discussed cross-discipline collaboration, data that supports design decisions and the importance of acoustics in the offices of the future.

Conferences and industry presence

In 2025, we took part in numerous industry events, building our position as an experienced integrator and designer of audiovisual systems. Among others, we participated in: the SoDA Conference, ADN Business Services Academy, Immersive Workplace, the Obiekty Congress, the Forum Office and Administration, as well as education-focused conferences such as Cloudteam University of the Future, Lumen and EZ Day (PCG Academy).

Publications and expert knowledge

In 2025, seven industry texts were published on the A+V blog, and four expert articles appeared in Obiekty magazine, including:

• Three “must haves” for your office. Quieter, smarter, more precise

New case studies

Five new case studies also appeared on our website, presenting our completed office, museum and education projects:

• Modernisation of the A+V office in Wrocław
• E.Wedel Chocolate Factory Museum in Warsaw
• Polish-Czech Interactive Museum of the Kłodzko Land
• Military University of Technology in Warsaw
• Office of a global law firm in Warsaw

A+V team integration

Despite the intense calendar, there was also time for team integration. In the autumn we went together to Szklarska Poręba, where we spent a weekend on mountain trails, in the spa area and at creative ceramic workshops. We ended the year with a traditional Christmas party, during which the teams from Warsaw and Wrocław could spend time together, talk and look back on the year’s events.

Looking ahead

The year 2025 will remain in our memory as a time of cooperation, growth and new experiences. We believe that 2026 will bring even more projects that will inspire both ourselves and our clients. For the A+V team, technology is not only a tool, it is our language for telling stories about spaces, people and shared ideas.
