Job description:

  • selection of solutions and configurations for audio-video systems, control systems, network and on-stage technologies, etc.
  • development of design documentation for systems, technical specifications, design drawings, simulations, cost estimates, etc.
  • coordination between different industries
  • customer contact and technical support for sales
  • supervision of projects and support in their implementation

The ideal candidate:

  • has a technical university degree (IT, automation, acoustics, etc.)
  • is proficient in AV/network technology solutions and has industry experience
  • is familiar with the related industries: electrics, teletechnics, automation, etc.
  • uses specialized software (AutoCAD, MS Visio, Ease, etc.)
  • has a command of English at a minimum communicative level B2
  • is willing to go on business trips (driving license – category B)

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with clients and business partners
  • Organising and conduction client meetings
  • Client’s needs analisys and technical & sales consultancy
  • Preparing proposals and solution presentations for clients
  • Contracts and terms negotiation
  • Implementation of A+V sales strategy through proactive new business development and sales opportunities
  • Cooperation and teamwork with the sales & technical suport teams
  • Active participation in business events and community activities organised by A+V.

Ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • Proactive attitude, high engagement, honesty, loyalty, ambition and development drive
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism and good propriety
  • Excellent time and workload management skills
  • Higher education
  • minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales with successful track record
