A dynamic start to 2025 at A+V
2025 | mayA dynamic start to 2025 at A+V
We kicked off 2025 at A+V with energy and momentum from learning new technologies, attending international conferences and trade shows, to hosting our own event for clients in our newly refreshed office. Before we knew it, it was already May and we haven’t slowed down one bit!
Bett 2025 in London
January was all about Bett and organizing our team’s trip. Thanks to an invitation from our partner Lenovo, we had the opportunity to attend Bett 2025 (British Educational Training and Technology) in London, one of the world’s largest education technology events.
Bett brings together teachers, educators, and innovative companies from around the world to help shape the future of education. As AV system designers and integrators who support universities in their digital transformation, we found it extremely inspiring.
During the trip, we visited the Lenovo booth to explore their education-focused solutions, toured the Zoom Experience Centre to discover new platform features, and stopped by the Microsoft office in Paddington to see how AI is used in practice across various work scenarios.
ISE 2025 trade show in Barcelona
This year’s ISE event once again proved that the AV industry is not just about tech it’s a driving force behind modern workplaces, education, and cultural spaces. Instead of an AI revolution, we saw a smart evolution: more quality, more functionality, and better alignment with real user needs. We’re ready to turn global trends into practical, thoughtful AV implementations for our clients. We also covered these AV trends on our blog.
New releases from Biamp
What is a new year without some exciting new tech? In March, our teams joined a Biamp training session, where we got a hands-on look at their upcoming AV solutions, right in our own office.
Here are the highlights that stood out to us:
- Biamp Workplace – a platform for remote AV management and workspace optimization.
- Modena Max Connect – wireless presentations, stress-free and cable-free.
- Voltera D – flexible amplifiers that adapt to any setup.
- Parlé VBC 2800 – a smart video bar that adjusts automatically to the room and participants.
- Desono C-IC6 – ceiling speakers that combine easy installation with excellent sound.
It was an intensive training and the knowledge is already being applied in our projects.
Crestron training and certification
Also in March, our design, implementation, and sales teams took part in a hands-on training session with Crestron, hosted at our Wrocław office. Led by Michal Rovnak, Technical Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, we explored the practical aspects of AV-over-IP technology from AirMedia and DM Lite, to advanced configurations with NVX 384.
We worked with systems made up of multiple transmitters and receivers, testing audio, video, and USB signal transmission. We also explored tools like DM-NVX Tool and NVX Director, as well as the latest product developments in the DM-NVX, NAX, and NUX lines.
And the results? Not only did our teams expand their knowledge – nine of our specialists earned the CTI-AVoIP-Design certification, earning AVIXA CTS points. It was practical, intense, and inspiring just the way we like it.
A+V Technology Breakfast
In addition to trainings and trips, we also managed to organize our own tech event to kick off the year. We invited our partners ViewSonic and Supremo to join us and our clients for a closer look at modern AV solutions in action.
In a cozy, networking atmosphere, we showcased our office in “live demo” mode, especially our revamped Townhall space and meeting rooms with MTR systems that support day-to-day hybrid collaboration. The hybrid lecture simulation was a hit, after all, nothing shows the power of AV like experiencing it live. It was a fantastic start to what will be a whole series of meetups, and we’re already looking forward to the next Technology Breakfast.
Poly training session in Warsaw
In April, our design and sales teams traveled to Warsaw for a product training hosted by Poly, where they got hands-on with the company’s latest video conferencing innovations.
One highlight that really impressed us was DirectorAI technology, which truly transforms how meetings are run, the intelligent camera system frames speakers automatically and filters out background distractions, all without manual intervention.
We also explored the second-generation video bars, which feature Perimeter mode allowing the system to “see” and “hear” only within a defined zone of the room. It’s a big step forward in delivering high-quality hybrid meetings, and a technology that truly makes a difference.
We’re grateful for every conversation, new idea, and exchange of experience during the many events and trainings of the past few months. It’s been a privilege to take part in activities that are actively shaping the future of the AV industry.
A big thank-you to the organizers and partners who trusted us, collaborated with us, and made these events possible. It’s been an intense start, but a truly rewarding one.
