A+V recognized among Forbes Diamonds 2025

On January 30, 2025, Forbes magazine published its annual Forbes Diamonds list, and once again, our company was honored to be included. This prestigious business recognition is awarded each year to Poland’s most dynamically growing companies that meet the strict criteria of the ranking.

A+V was ranked 55th out of 138 among the winners from the Lower Silesia region in the company value range of 50-250 million. This recognition is a significant achievement for us and another testament to our continuous growth and strengthening position in the market.

Forbes Diamonds 2025 – a prestigious business leaders ranking

The Forbes Diamonds 2025 is the 17th edition of one of the most prestigious rankings in Polish business. To be featured on this list, companies must demonstrate excellence in building business value, strengthening their brand, and achieving strong financial performance.

The list is created based on detailed analyses conducted by Dun & Bradstreet, which uses a Swiss valuation method. This approach combines two key perspectives: asset-based and income-based valuations, to provide a comprehensive view of a company’s growth dynamics.

The ranking is divided by regions and into three categories based on revenue: small companies (5–50 million PLN), medium companies (50–250 million PLN), large companies (over 250 million PLN).

The evaluation considers several factors, including:

• Financial results from 2019–2023
• Sales performance
• Net profit
• The value of fixed assets, inventory, and receivables
• Investments in development

Only companies with positive financial results, a stable situation (no bankruptcy or liquidation), and low risk (assessed using international credit ratings) qualify for the list. Financial institutions are excluded to ensure transparency and comparability of the results, focusing solely on companies with the highest growth dynamics.
