Challenge

Environment for hybrid learning

The Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Wrocław needed to adapt its teaching process to the demands of modern, international education. With a growing number of exchange programmes and frequent visa restrictions, it became essential to create a space that enables fully effective hybrid classes – connecting students in the room with those attending remotely.

Key challenges in the project:

  • no existing infrastructure to support effective hybrid teaching,
  • guaranteed excellent video and audio quality in a seminar room,
  • the ability to hold a natural discussion regardless of where participants are located,
  • intuitive, simple operation so technology is not a barrier but a real support for lecturers.

Solution

Implemented AV Solutions

A complete audiovisual ecosystem
Hybrid classroom with Q&A mode
The heart of the system – the video conferencing setup
The interaction hub, a touch screen
Clear visuals, a large-format screen instead of a projector
Natural dynamics and freedom of movement – PTZ camera with auto-framing
Ceiling microphone array for excellent audio

Effect

Hybrid room that removes the boundaries of education

Our collaboration with the Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Wrocław resulted in the creation of a learning space that effectively eliminated geographical barriers, opening the university to students and lecturers from around the world.

This project demonstrates that in modern education, technology should not be an end in itself, but rather a seamless and transparent medium that enables knowledge sharing without limitations. When implemented correctly, distance no longer affects the quality of learning, collaboration or academic engagement.

Client testimonial

We created a space that makes it possible to run fully functional hybrid classes, effectively connecting students in the room with online groups. Automated audio and video systems ensure equal access to learning, whether the student is sitting in the classroom or thousands of kilometres away. Most importantly, we achieved what mattered most to us: we turned complex digital processes into a simple experience, giving lecturers confidence that the technology will not fail them – emphasises Dr Marta Kołodziejczak, Head of the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Biotechnology.
