Design and implementation of a multifunctional venue and management system

Nowadays you can perform various tasks using just one audiovisual system. However, back in 2013 it was not a common idea. Despite this our client requested a solution to managenot only conferences, meetings and trainings, but also theatre performances and concerts. We dealt with such a challenge in the same year, when we started to design a system to be installed in an old, run-down CASINO building in Strzelce Opolskie (South of Poland).
The installation was to give users the greatest functionality managed from a single location, inan all-in-one facility with a museum, conference centre, stage and media library. We had to consider a variety of users and their individual needs when utilising the audio-visual system. The Casino building project included a design and implementation of:
An old Polish saying goes: „if something is good for everything, it is good for nothing”. As it turns out, we have proved it wrong. Since 2013 this multi-purpose facility has been hosting conferences, concerts, small theatre performances, theatre and music rehearsals local residents meetings with representatives of local authorities, film screenings, banquets and balls. Visitors, tourists and local community can use the media library to enjoy music, film and literature on their own. Shortly speaking: „If something is good for everything, then the A+V team must have been involved”.
