Imagine a workplace where technology blends harmoniously with tradition, to create a space for inspiration and innovation. That is what the new Warsaw office of Lipton Teas and Infusions (a global tea market leader, managing brands such as Lipton, T2, Saga and Pukka) looks like.
How to turn more than 900 sqm of office space into an innovative and creative place for work and business meetings? Lipton brand faced the challenge of creating a space that reflects their vision for the future, focused on delivering exceptional experiences to both consumers and their employees, and decided to invite us to work with them.
A+V was tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive audiovisual system integrated into the office design. The office operates in a hybrid mode and as an important meeting place, so ensuring comfortable communication of the teams was a priority.
A+V transformed Lipton’s vision into reality by designing and implementing comprehensive AV solutions throughout the workplace. The project encompassed nine distinct spaces, ranging from the showroom to the Tasting Lab, each reflecting the innovative spirit and unique identity of the Lipton brand.
Each carefully designed area combines state-of-the-art technology with a distinctive atmosphere, creating an ideal environment for work, collaboration and tea tasting experiences. The implementation of a modern, specialized AV system in Lipton Teas and Infusions’ new Warsaw office met the client’s expectations by creating new opportunities for collaboration and interaction between employees across different locations. An intelligent room booking system and advanced Crestron control panels have transformed the way workplace spaces are managed. At the same time, adaptable meeting rooms reflect the company’s innovative mindset, the ambitions of its employees and the passion for tea that defines the Lipton brand.
These advanced spaces not only support the daily work of Lipton teams but also provide the perfect setting for product presentations, combining tea heritage with state-of-the-art AV technology. In a business environment where every minute matters, we created a workplace where every idea has the opportunity to flourish—just like a perfectly brewed cup of tea.
A+V has provided AV solutions that not only match the aesthetics of the brand, but also realistically support our business processes. We appreciate the flexibility of the system, allowing us to easily adapt the rooms to different needs, and the intuitive operation. Our priority was for technology not to dominate our office, but to harmoniously complement our office environment, supporting the international communication of our teams. Particularly important for our office is the use of advanced technology in the tea laboratory, where precise evaluation of brew color is crucial for quality control.
