• Establishing or expanding quality assurance units – Support for universities aiming to develop or enhance teaching quality structures.
• Modern teaching methods – Initiatives to improve the management of teaching processes and education quality.

Program budget: 97 million PLN

Application period: February 5 – May 30, 2025

Strengthening University Administrative Capacity Program

The Strengthening University Administrative Capacity Program focuses on modernizing higher education management. This initiative helps universities adapt to new challenges such as digitalization, green transformation, and modern academic administration.

Financial support will allow institutions to implement innovative administrative solutions and train university staff in academic process management.

What can universities get funding for?

• Digital skills development for university staff – Training and implementation of new technologies to streamline administration and teaching.
• Leadership and administrative team development – Educational programs and workshops to enhance university management skills.
• Green transformation in administration – Initiatives promoting sustainable development, including eco-friendly solutions in university operations.

Program budget: 116.4 million PLN

Application period: May – July 2025 (official dates to be announced).

Education for the Economy II Program

The Education for the Economy II Program is designed to help universities align their educational offerings with the rapidly changing job market. This program offers funding to develop study programs for key industries that play a significant role in economic, digital, and environmental transformation.

It is open to universities looking to expand their study programs and enhance their educational offerings.
