A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Jarosław has spent many years developing his expertise in the multimedia technology industry. Throughout his career, he has gained experience as a designer, contract manager and multimedia systems consultant.
Today, he serves as CEO of A+V, a company specializing in the design of innovative audiovisual systems. A+V delivers AV solutions for business, culture and education, helping organizations adapt to the digital world and create more natural communication experiences in hybrid environments.
Jarosław believes that people are the foundation of every success. His strong sense of empathy allows him to build long-term relationships with clients, business partners and employees alike. He sees people as the driving force behind both his achievements and the continued growth of the company.
In his approach to business, he successfully combines analytical thinking and communication skills with a passion for emerging technologies. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar as a member of the company band.
