The first edition of the OFFICE & ADMINISTRATION FORUM 2022: People ∙ Space ∙ Cooperation. This event was dedicated to professionals responsible for administration processes and gathered over 100 delegates. Together with our partner Microsoft we have had a pleasure of being a part of this conference as a presenter and an exhibitor.

Artur Celejewski, Senior Technical Specialist at MICROSOFT introduced the audience to the world of Workplace with his presentation: „Hybrid, remote, from the office… How is our working space changing and how to make it flexible?”. After the networking break, fille with interesting conversations, Daniel Mordwiński and Marta Woronowicz delivered a workshop titled: „Multimedia solutions supporting flexible Workplace – how to create an office for hybrid work?”. During this meeting, participants not only learned about the benefits of creating an audiovisual office standard, received tips on standard creation criteria, but also had an opportunity to test modern video-conferencing devices and obtain practical tools to create an effective working environment for their team. Solutions for meeting rooms in an ONLINE standard, together with a plathora of useful functionalities based on Microsoft Teams Rooms, have been presented with the use of modern devices: Microsoft Surface Hub 2S, Samsung desk display screen with built-in camera and Poly headphones (with external noise reduction function).

Conference delegates could also test office devices at our exhibition stand – the AV selection included Microsoft Surface Hub 2S, Samsung Flip 2 and 70-inch Samsung display screen. Big thanks to our partners Microsoft and Samsung for their educational and technical support in organising this initiative.

There was also a competition organised during the exhibition and participants of the Forum had a chance to win a very valuable prize – this was a professional audit of the conference rooms in their office, together with consultation and recommendations in the area of office audio-visual systems.
