Privacy policy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we hereby inform you that the controller of your personal data is A+V Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000481335, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Controller”.

Collection and processing of personal data

Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, namely on the basis of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the necessity to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The personal data processed by the Controller includes, in particular: first name, surname, identification and contact details of the entity represented by the individual, telephone number, email address, position/role within the represented entity, information contained in messages sent to the Controller, and information regarding existing relationships and contacts with the Company.

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

  • Establishing business relationships – personal data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller in relation to the sale of products and the provision of services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Performance of contracts – personal data processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract and to perform contractual obligations after the contract has been concluded (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Marketing, advertising, website activity analysis and statistical reporting – personal data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller in developing relationships with clients and business partners and pursuing commercial opportunities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Handling inquiries and providing responses – personal data processing is necessary to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form based on your consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
    Pursuing and defending legal claims – processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Controller in protecting its business interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Network monitoring – processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Controller in ensuring the security and proper functioning of its IT infrastructure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who may receive your data? Where may your data be transferred?

Recipients of your personal data may include employees and associates of the Controller involved in handling your inquiry, as well as service providers acting on behalf of the Controller in connection with inquiry management (including IT service providers and entities supplying the Controller with IT tools).

As a rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If personal data is transferred to entities established in third countries (i.e. countries outside the EEA) in connection with services provided by Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook or Facebook Pixel, the Controller will make every effort to ensure that such entities provide an adequate level of personal data protection, comply with European data protection standards and enter into agreements based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Recipients of your personal data are or may include subcontractors providing marketing and website maintenance services, as well as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Pixel. These recipients have undertaken to process personal data in a manner that ensures a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with such processing.

Profiling and monitoring of your activity on our websites: Your data may be subject to automated profiling; however, this will not produce any legal effects concerning you. Profiling involves the automated processing of personal data to evaluate and predict personal preferences and interests.

How long will we retain your data?

Your data will be processed and stored for the period during which Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Pixel technologies are used.

Your personal data will also be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. for the duration of handling an inquiry submitted through the contact form until the completion of activities related to that inquiry. After that period, the data will be retained until the expiry of applicable limitation periods for legal claims (Article 5(1)(e) GDPR).

Where the processing of personal data is based on your consent, the Controller will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than until your consent is withdrawn.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, request data portability and object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

In addition, any consent you have granted for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before such withdrawal.
