Convincing the client to choose the most expensive proposal. Is it possible? Yes, this project is proof of that. The client, DOZAMEL, a company based in Wrocław, invited contractors to submit proposals for the implementation of a conference centre. Our offer was the most expensive, yet we were ultimately selected to deliver the project. How did that happen? Our team began by carefully listening to the client’s requirements, expectations, and objectives. Only then did we present a vision for a system designed specifically to meet those needs. Rather than focusing solely on price, we proposed a solution that fully addressed the client’s functional requirements and long-term goals.
The Centre was designed as a modern conference venue featuring four fully equipped spaces: a large conference hall for 150 participants, a conference room for 50 participants, and two meeting rooms dedicated to smaller gatherings and collaborative sessions.
Dozamel Sp. z o.o., the company managing the Wrocław Industrial Park, created the Conference Centre to serve both businesses operating within the Park and external clients. Equipped with modern AV technologies, flexible meeting spaces, and an intuitive control system, the facility provides an environment suited to a wide range of event formats – from small meetings and workshops to training sessions, seminars, and large-scale business conferences.
This project demonstrates that the best solution is not always the least expensive one. Instead, it is the solution that gives the client confidence that the system will meet the real needs of its users and be fully ready for operation from day one.
