- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry submitted via the online form.
- Providing your personal data and consenting to its processing is voluntary; however, it is necessary for us to process your inquiry. Failure to provide personal data will prevent us from handling your request.
- Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Recipients of your personal data will include employees and associates of the Controller involved in handling your inquiry, as well as service providers acting on behalf of the Controller in connection with the inquiry handling process (including IT service providers and entities providing the Controller with IT tools).
- If we transfer personal data to entities located in third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area), we will require such entities to ensure a high level of personal data protection, comply with European data protection standards and enter into appropriate agreements based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your data will not be used for automated decision-making and will not be subject to profiling.
- Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to process your inquiry and until all activities related to handling your inquiry have been completed. Thereafter, the data will be retained until the expiry of applicable limitation periods for legal claims.
- You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, request data portability and object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
