How do you create a space within just 101 square metres that not only showcases technology but also helps visitors truly understand it? In the ABB showroom project, the key objective was to design an integrated audiovisual system that would reflect ABB’s position as a leader in industrial technologies while guiding visitors through a cohesive experience built around a carefully planned user journey.
The challenge was to combine brand communication with educational and presentation functions in a way that would make it easier for visitors to explore ABB’s products, solutions, and technologies. At the same time, the space needed to become a modern platform for dialogue, one that supports meaningful conversations and creates an engaging customer experience.
The entire showroom operates through pre-programmed presentation scenarios that are launched and managed using a Crestron control system. This ensures that every presentation follows a precisely planned sequence, seamlessly combining visuals, audio, lighting, and interactivity into one cohesive experience.
Visitors to the ABB space can experience synchronised 3D projection mapping displayed across two walls and a horizontal physical model, interact with NEC touchscreen screens, and explore augmented reality content developed using D’Fusion technology. The experience is further enhanced by smooth DMX lighting control and high-quality audio managed by a BIAMP digital signal processor.
Thanks to the installations such as the one in Aleksandrów Łódzki, ABB consciously builds its image of an innovative and professional partner worthy of investment. It also increases the advertising positioning of the brand as a leader in its field. The showroom promotes the company’s image as a modern, path-finding and future-oriented company, according to the assumptions of the brief.
