The expansion of the Military University of Land Forces’ infrastructure in the lecture halls named after Col. Ryszard Kukliński and Marshal Józef Piłsudski has brought a new level of quality to hybrid classes and conferences. The use of ceiling microphone arrays ensured excellent intelligibility for every participant, as confirmed by the success of our most recent event, delivered flawlessly. We received a fully professional system that removes technical barriers and allows us to focus on the substance of our meetings. As a university, we particularly appreciate the long warranty period and the contractor’s fast service response.

The renovation of the former railway station and its transformation into a museum was an important and demanding project for the city. From the very beginning, I wanted the exhibition to strike a balance between authentic exhibits and modern multimedia. I am very pleased that we were able to achieve this together. It was equally important to me that the exhibition design complemented the character of the building. I am glad that we succeeded in highlighting its unique atmosphere rather than competing with it. As the project coordinator, I particularly appreciated the openness, commitment and initiative of the A+V team. Thanks to this, the cooperation ran smoothly, and the final result fully met our expectations.

Interactive multimedia is the heart of our Centre. Today it is hard to imagine education without modern technology, and thanks to A+V we managed to create an exhibition at a European level. The multimedia format helps us capture visitors’ attention, but also communicate key information in an engaging and accessible way, which was the main goal of the project.

Choosing A+V was the result of a demanding tender process for the modernisation of our headquarters, during which the team proved that a competitive offer with modern technical solutions can go hand in hand with the highest quality standards. Their long experience in delivering projects for international corporations was visible at every stage, especially in cross-trade coordination. Crucially, the implemented AV systems, including Digital Signage, were integrated effectively and securely with our corporate IT infrastructure and the building’s technical security systems.

Modernising the auditorium and the Senate Chamber was an important step towards modern higher education for us. Today, thanks to the audio-video solutions implemented by A+V, we can deliver classes at the highest quality, also in hybrid mode. The company did a great job adapting the solutions to our existing infrastructure and historic space, while maintaining full professionalism. The system operates intuitively, looks great and can be scaled in the future and lecturers and students genuinely notice and appreciate the difference.

Telling a story about a difficult past requires a thoughtful choice of means of expression. Thanks to the flexibility, understanding and partnership approach of the A+V team, we delivered the permanent exhibition project at the new headquarters of the Pilecki Institute. The result is a clear, easy-to-follow and engaging exhibition - a space that lets history speak with the strength it deserves.

In office modernisation projects, multi-discipline coordination is key and this is exactly where A+V performed exceptionally well. They were on site from the start, worked smoothly with other contractors and took care of every detail, not only the AV scope. Thanks to that, everything ran efficiently. It is a real comfort when you know someone is truly keeping a close eye on the whole process.

The exhibition design, including the audiovisual installation, started while construction works were still ongoing, which was a slight limitation. Despite that, cooperation went very smoothly, and A+V’s engineers showed great flexibility and a strong understanding of how museums work, skillfully adapting the AV solutions to our needs and spatial constraints. Thanks to their experience and commitment, we achieved an outcome that combines functionality with the curatorial vision, and the exhibition itself is receiving a lot of positive feedback.

When a visitor can smell the steelworks, hear the sound of steel and, for a moment, feel like they are standing by the furnace themselves, it means we created something more than just an exhibition. The combined multimedia projection showing how the fortress was built, as well as impressive, high-quality reconstructions of historic machines, are attractions that truly make an impact on our guests. The exhibits work, spark the imagination and allow us to tell history in a modern way. Despite difficult conditions and construction delays, A+V handled every stage of the project. Looking back, we really appreciate their creativity, flexibility and the fact that they were able to deliver the vision we had in mind.

Together with A+V, we created a space that enables fully valuable hybrid classes, effectively connecting students in the room with online groups. Automated audio and video systems ensure equal access to knowledge, whether a student is sitting in the lecture hall or thousands of kilometres away. Most importantly, we achieved the goal we cared about most: we turned complex digital processes into a simple experience, giving lecturers confidence that the technology will not let them down.
