2024 Gdynia
The Kuehne+Nagel Group employs over 80,000 people in nearly 1,300 locations in 100 countries, making it one of the largest logistics companies in the world. In Poland, it has been operating for 31 years, providing services in 28 locations and employing more than 1,700 specialists. The company offers a full range of logistics services, operating in air, sea, road, and rail freight, contract logistics, project logistics, and integrated logistics.
Gdynia was selected for the company’s location in the North of Poland. The client required the office to be equipped with modern multimedia and video-conferencing systems that would perfectly fit into the company’s progressive operating character, while at the same time enabling efficient communication, essential for the global enterprise operation.
A modern office, distinguished by a fresh and stylish design, needed to be complemented by audiovisual and videoconferencing systems. Logistics, freight, and responsibility for the smooth flow of goods require solutions of the highest standard. In an organization of such a character, there is no room for miscommunication, hence efficient communication – also remotely – was an absolute priority for the client. From the client’s perspective, the ability to present content of the highest quality, as well as the integration of teams working in various offices in Poland and abroad, were also important.
Our task was to design and implement advanced audio-visual and conferencing systems at the Warsaw headquarters of Kuehne+Nagel.
In response to the client’s needs, we implemented a modern system that would allow for seamless collaboration, information flow, content presentation, and support for employee integration. Our AV project for Kuehne+Nagel included designing and implementing audio-visual solutions for 13 rooms of various sizes with projection systems, display screens, signal receivers, complete cabling, and a management system, as well as Digital Signage.
Large and medium-sized conference rooms operate independently and are equipped with:
Small and medium meeting rooms have been equipped according to the client’s standard – AV system consists of:
In order to ensure flexibility of work and collaboration in any area of the office, we have also provided two mobile video-conferencing sets based on Zoom.
The solutions we implemented allowed for the creation of space for hybrid meetings, as well as places, where employees can discuss key projects, present logistics processes, exchange observations, and communicate effortlessly with colleagues and partners not physically present in the office.
Kuehne+Nagel office in Gdynia was equipped with advanced audio-visual and conferencing systems that allow for efficient work, natural collaboration, and, as a result, support the organization in the timely execution of logistics projects. The organization gained a space where employees can build lasting relationships, regardless of their work mode.
The TriCity office is our second, following the successful implementation in Warsaw, project for this client. We managed to meet the organization’s expectations and enable it to work effectively, communicate smoothly, and integrate, which today is of great importance. Modern audiovisual and multimedia systems allow us to use the full technological potential available to us today. For companies like Kuehne Nagel, whose activities are based on an innovative approach, this is absolutely key.
