2026 Poznań
For decades, Sennheiser has been shaping the direction of audio technology, delivering solutions used by world-class artists (Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, Drake, Pink) as well as businesses. The company’s Poznań office, located on the 14th floor of Andersia Tower, was designed from the very beginning to serve a dual purpose, a modern workspace and a showroom where technology becomes an experience.
Combining everyday office functionality with a representative demonstration space was the key concept behind the project. Every area, from meeting rooms to shared spaces, was designed not only to support employees but also to showcase Sennheiser solutions in real-life scenarios.
An additional challenge was working with an existing concept prepared in 2022 by an external partner and then developed by us in stages. The project evolved between 2023-2025, including multiple upgrades, extensions and functional changes delivered in collaboration with all stakeholders. Maintaining a consistent AV environment while adapting it to the client’s growing needs was therefore crucial.
In response, we designed and delivered a comprehensive audiovisual environment that developed alongside the growth of Sennheiser’s Poznań office, from the first installations in 2023, to further upgrades and functional extensions in 2024-2025.
Our scope included: a Townhall space, shared areas, a bar zone and reception, a large boardroom, two operational rooms and four small meeting rooms. Each space was approached individually, considering both its daily function and its demonstration potential.
The central point of the office is the Townhall – a multifunctional space designed for company meetings, presentations and events. A large 110-inch LG screen creates a clear and engaging visual environment, despite the logistical challenges of installation on a high floor. The setup is complemented by two PTZ cameras, enabling smooth switching between meeting mode and training scenarios, all accessible with a single click via Microsoft Teams functionality.
The entire system is based on a plug and play environment (USB-C and HDMI connectivity) and includes Neumann active speakers and a Sennheiser ceiling microphone array with patented automatic dynamic beamforming, ensuring precise and clear audio capture from any place in the room. To maintain a clean aesthetic, all equipment – including the audio processor – has been discreetly hidden within custom furniture, where a dedicated mini rack cabinet was created.
In key rooms, we implemented solutions based on Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar videobars, integrating camera, microphones and speakers into a single device. This allows users to run meetings intuitively, regardless of the platform.
Intelligent framing and image splitting features ensure that remote participants remain at the center of the experience, making communication more natural. As part of the showroom concept, the client wanted to demonstrate the capabilities of the Sennheiser videobar – we installed it in both rooms in BYOD mode (Bring Your Own Device), allowing users to connect their own laptops directly to the room system.
In the boardroom (rock room), due to space limitations, we installed a 65-inch Samsung screen on a wall mount with a dual articulating arm. The room is equipped with Neumann active speakers, a Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar S videobar and a Sennheiser ceiling microphone.
Thanks to DANTE protocol compatibility, the system integrates seamlessly and allows remote management and monitoring from anywhere on the network via a Q-SYS tabletop controller.
Smaller meeting rooms were designed for maximum ease of use. Equipped with 55-inch Samsung screens, compact wide-angle Jabra Panacast 20 cameras with built-in microphones and HDMI and USB-C connectivity kits, they allow users to start meetings instantly without unnecessary setup.
One of the most unique elements of the project is the headphone system in the bar zone (introduced later at the client’s request), functioning as an interactive showroom.
Users can test and compare different Sennheiser headphone models using a flexible connection system compatible with mobile devices and computers, allowing guests to connect any device ad hoc (Windows, iOS, Android).
The modular architecture with a dedicated headphone amplifier enables easy future expansion, while a 75-inch screen supports the space by displaying marketing and corporate content.
In shared areas such as the reception and coffee point, we used 55-inch Samsung The Frame screens to support internal communication and reinforce a consistent brand image.
Screens displaying company content and marketing videos create a subtle backdrop for everyday interactions while emphasizing the technological character of the showroom.
The result of our multi-stage collaboration is a space that has evolved together with the client’s needs: from a functional office into a fully conscious audio technology showroom. It is an environment where every room, every system and every detail serves a dual purpose: supporting daily work while telling the brand story through experience. In this project, sound is not just background, it becomes a guide through the space, demonstrating how technology can truly perform in practice.
