Competence of A+V experts appreciated again! The fresh and shiny AVIXA certification is now in our hands. A+V Audiovisual Systems is one of 15 entities in Poland with AVIXA brand certification.

AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) is not only a global brand, it is an association that has been operating since 1939 and has more than 11,000 members from over 80 countries, including manufacturers, system integrators, dealers and distributors, consultants, programmers or multimedia specialists, among others. AVIXA is a leading source for AV standards, certifications, training, as well as the organizer of the InfoComm event, the largest Pro AV trade show in North America.

A+V holds bronze status as an AVIXA member, and has earned the Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS) designation, recognized worldwide as the leading certification for AV professionals, achieved by five experts:

  • Marcin Durak, Contract Manager.
  • Krzysztof Grzegorzek, Head of the Contract Implementation Department.
  • Łukasz Dziedziuch, Senior AV Systems Designer.
  • Grzegorz Krukowski, Senior AV Systems Designer.
  • Janusz Kałaczyński, Managing Director A+V Europe.

The CTS certification from AVIXA verifies knowledge and experience in four test areas that meet the needs of a project:

  1. Creating AV solutions. This part of the exam tests such skills as conducting a customer needs analysis, conducting a site survey, developing an AV project scope, and designing AV solutions.
  2. Implementing solutions. This test area is mainly verification for integrating AV solutions and managing the integration.
  3. Supporting AV system operation. This is where knowledge and skills in providing AV support are tested, e.g. troubleshooting, remote support, training.
  4. Supporting AV solutions. The final testing part is based on supervising AV operations, conducting maintenance activities, and troubleshooting and repairing AV solutions, both analog, and digital.

The certificate is confirmation of audio-visual expertise and skills, and is proof of continuous development, which involves updating the license every two years.
